1. Two (2) signatories will be required on checks and warrants over $7500.

2. The School Executive Director is authorized to approve the payment of warrants and checks.

3. The School Executive Director will establish regulations for the usage of school credit cards, including who is authorized to use a school credit card, when they may use it, and how its usage will be tracked.

4. The School Executive Director may select and recommend to the board a Business Management & Consulting Services company to perform financial duties for C.O.R.E Placer Charter School that shall be worked out between the School Executive Director and the company selected.

5.A list of paid warrants and checks will be submitted to the Board at each regular meeting for ratification.

A.

1. Two (2) signatories will be required on checks and warrants over $7,500 and on all checks, warrants and withdrawals from independent fundraising accounts.

B.

1. The School Executive Director will review and approve, then submit to the accounting department bills, invoices, requests for reimbursement, and timesheets.

2. The accounting department will prepare a report listing all checks to be issued before each batch.

3. The accounting department will distribute this list to the School Executive Director for approval.

4. The School Executive Director will sign and date the report as approved.

5. A list of paid warrants and checks will be submitted to the Board at each regular meeting for ratification.

6. Signature stamps are not to be created or used except as specifically authorized by the School Executive Director.
