11 Contemplate the photos in Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close and how they connect to Oskar's Quest toward Organized Innocence. Know the significance of five photos well.
12. In the novel Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close, Oskar re-values his original love for his Mom and expresses this love to her. In the film, Oskar also writes thank you notes to all of the Blacks who helped him on his journey toward healing after his Dad's tragic death. Be prepared to write a letter to someone in your life who you would like to thank for influencing you in a positive way. It can be a native / mentor or just someone who has helped you in your life's journey. Be prepared with their address, for you will fill out an envelope, seal it, and I will send it.
