CONFERENCE MEET DETAILED INFORMATION:

1. Teams/Spectators are to park in the bus parking lot, located near the track/soccer field.

2. BMS will allow the first 100 spectators into the cross country event. ALL spectators are to remain in the spectator's designated area, and social distance themselves (6 feet). Which is located on the soccer field inside of the track. All spectators are required to wear a mask, covering their mouth and nose, at all times.

3. Any spectator who is not allowed in the spectator area, because max number is reached, is welcome to park in any designated parking area around campus, but must remain in their vehicles at all times.

4. Each team will have a designated area, please look for your team's area and have your student-athletes remain in this area at all times, with social distancing (6 feet). Unless they are using the restroom or participating in the race. All runners and coaches are required to wear a mask, covering their mouth and nose, at all times, unless actively engaged in race competition. Runners may remove their mask at the beginning of the race, but must immediately place their mask back on once they have crossed the finish line.

5. We ask that all teams start to arrive on Burns Middle School campus around 1:30pm. The course walk-thru will take place immediately when all teams are present. We would like to start the race no later than 2:30, however sooner the better due to the increase in numbers.

ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE A CURRENT SPORTS PHYSICAL ON FILE WITH THE ATHLETIC DIRECTOR'S OFFICE.
