Exposure Information is as follows. Required exposure information is bold. All of the exposure information is in the CET-Exposure worksheet. You must 'link' each exposure record to a claimant using either the ClaimantID or the Claimant SSN from the CET-Claim worksheet.
For each Exposure Information entry you must follow the rules below.

Occupation Other Name
name of the occupation if you specified 'other' in the Occupation field; required if 'other' is selected for Occupation
Exposure Site Code
code provided by CRMC
Exposure Site Name (NQ) — required only if site code is (583-not qualified or 5467-not shook)
Name of Site
Exposure City (NQ) — required only if site code is (583-not qualified or 5467-not shook)
Exposure State/Province (NQ) — required only if site code is (583-not qualified or 5467-not shook)
two digit state code (or province)
Exposure CountryOfExposure (NQ) — required only if site code is (583-not qualified or 5467-not shook)
three digit country code
