Mission of the FCASD ELS Program
The Fox Chapel Area School District K-12 English Language Instruction Educational Program is designed to provide English Learners (ELs) with a rich environment in which to progress in language and culture acquisition as well as meet all State and Federal mandates. In collaboration with the Allegheny Intermediate Unit, the program is responsive to changes in needs of individual learners.
