I was born and raised in Indiana, PA. A December, 2000 college graduate, I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Social Science Education with a concentration in history from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Upon graduation the Wicomico County Schools in Maryland recruited me and I began teaching on the Eastern Shore in January, 2001. In July, 2003 the Central Fulton School District hired me to teach American History I and Government & Civics; I have since added Advanced Placement US History and Foundations of Freedom to my course load.
