CDNIS Music recognises the importance of ensemble training for music students and encourages enthusiastic and dynamic participation for all musicians in the Upper School. Experience gained through participation in rehearsals and performances is essential to the development of ensemble music skills that ultimately enhance in-class music experiences.

Each ensemble works towards developing excellence in rhythmic and pitch precision as well accurate interpretation of the musical score. Interesting and exciting repertoire is performed at two school concerts – Winter Concert and Evening of the Arts – and at music festivals in Hong Kong.
