Official copies must be sent directly to the institution or employer.  Please provide a complete mailing address or fax number in your request.

Dual Credit Transcripts

Dual Credit Transcripts MUST be requested from the college/university issuing the credit, not CHS. Dual credit transcripts must go through the Registrar's Office of your dual credit institution. Contact information for each college can be found on the left.
