I am returning to Byron this year in the role of Special Education Evaluation Manager and I am happy to say I have enjoyed getting to know my fellow teachers and staff members. I continue to travel between the buildings, meeting new people and observing excellent teaching in progress! It has been and continues to be a great experience for me.
Over the past few years, I have worked with amazing children, some just beginning their journey in the Byron School District, some preparing to leave us for new opportunities, and all ages in-between. One of the priorities of the district, the special education team, and every teacher is to personalize learning for each student and I hope through the evaluation process we are able to accomplish this and make a difference in the lives of the students as well as their families.
