A transition solution for creating independence.
The Community and Career Advancement Program is a high school level program for students which establishes a foundation for creating independence and pre-vocational skills. This program is designed for students in ninth through twelfth grades.
The Students Continuing Opportunities for Potential Employment program begins after finishing graduation requirements, usually after twelfth grade, or when the IEP team feels appropriate. It is designed to explore opportunities for students while providing the supports needed to become employed and continues until students exit the program.
