Transportation Service Area Boundary Exemption Request

All boundary exemption students are required register annually and the deadline is May 1st.

If you reside outside of the Transportation Service Area for the Buffalo Trail Public School your child is attending and are requesting bus service, please complete the printable form here email it to transportation@btps.ca. For example, you live in the Mannville Transportation Service Area and want to attend a school in Vermilion.

If you reside outside of the jurisdiction for the school your child is attending and are requesting bus service, please complete the fillable form here and email it to transportation@btps.ca. For example, you live in Battle River Regional Division and want to attend a school in Buffalo Trail Public Schools or you live in Buffalo Trail Public Schools and you want to attend a school in Lloydminster, but are outside the Lloydminster Transportation Service area.

Please ensure you check off the box requesting to meet the bus on route, or to have transportation provided to and from your residence. Off-route boundary exemption and cross-jurisdictional requests to and from the residence require Board approval and the deadline for annual applications is May 1st. New applications will be reviewed at the next scheduled Board meeting.
