AT LEAST once a month - students will have:
Workout Wednesday - we will be participating in various fitness activities (including our weight room) throughout the class
These are shorter days (early release days)
We we be coming up with, and working on fitness goals
We will also be doing some Fitness Testing to help students identify an area they could work on (muscular strength and/or endurance, flexibility, or aerobic capacity/cardiovascular endurance)
Students will have lots of choice in what they do
Fun Friday's - At least once a month, we will do a Fun Friday we will play games that may be different from some units.
