VP Activities
After a decade or so of working in advertising both in NYC and abroad, I later settled in Brooklyn and made a career change into public education. I worked as a classroom teacher in a dual language program, a school administrator, and now work for Central DOE’s District Offices doing transdisciplinary curriculum development to support public schools as they pursue International Baccalaureate accreditation.
Having previously served as our Class President and on the ACL Board of Advisors for Brown, I am excited to re-engage now that my kids are older and child-rearing duties are nearly fulfilled. I also serve on the Educators’ Advisory Council of the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM). I live in Brooklyn with my son Cooper and my daughter Ella, and enjoy tending to our permaculture backyard garden in my free time.
