Practice will be at Spencer Park(where the race will be Saturday)

Spencer Park is near the intersection of State St and Appleton Rd in Belvidere. It is about a half mile south on the right.

Athletes will carpool from school, please pick up your athlete at 5:30 at Spencer Park.
