Harlem Invite

Harlem Invite is Saturday Sept 2 at Rock Cut State Park. We are at Olson Lake, to get there enter off Harlem road and just keep going straight. Olson lake is on the East side of 90. All athletes will be running in their age groups. Freshman and Sophomores in the first two races and Juniors and Seniors in the second two races.

8:00 am Girls Frosh/Soph and helpers arrive

8:30 am Rest of team arrives

9:00 AM Girls Frosh/Soph Race 2.5 miles

9:40 AM Boys Frosh/Soph Race 2.5 miles

10:15 AM Girls Varsity Race 2.5 miles

10:45 AM Boys Varsity Race 3.0 miles

11:30 PM Awards

We have decided to make practice optional on Monday. Coach Schmitt will be at Midway Village Bike Path at 8 am for practice. If your family is in town and available, athletes should attend. If your family is out of town athletes should do their long run on their own.
