Sing a variety of songs with accurate pitch.

Sing in head voice producing a light, clear sound.
Sing with good posture.
Play a variety of classroom instruments with good technique.
Sing and move to a variety of musical styles.
Improvise and compose simple rhythmic and melodic phrases.
Read and perform rhythms with eighth notes, quarter notes, half notes and quarter rests.
Read and write rhythms with eighth notes, quarter notes, half notes and quarter rests.
Read, write and perform treble clef melodies.
Demonstrate appropriate audience behavior at live performances.
