Tammy Hearon graduated from Carson Newman with a BS in special education, and continued her education at Lincoln Memorial University with a MA in administration and an EdS (Educational Specialist Degree). She taught a CDC II classroom for 15 years. Mrs. Hearon has managed a Community Based Learning Program, Work Based Learning Program, and is a certified Work Based Learning Coordinator. She is a Level I Wilson certified teacher in addition to being a senior level instructor in Crisis Prevention and Intervention. Mrs. Hearon also serves on the Advisory board for Tennessee Vocational Rehabilitation Center.
Mrs. Osborne attended East Tennessee State University and graduated with a BBA in general management with an emphasis on accounting. She became a caretaker in 2005 and then began working for the State of Tennessee providing services for disabled individuals. She is currently working for Blount County Schools in the Project SEARCH Program as a Job Coach.
Mrs. Bolden has an Associate Degree of Science in Psychology from Pellissippi State. She worked for Blount County Schools in the Comprehensive Developmental classroom as a instructional assistant and Community Based Learning job coach for 16 years. She is currently at The Access Program as a Workplace Readiness Specialist.
Administrative Assistant
Mrs. Jones graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a BS in Early Childhood Education. Since that time, she has served children and families through non-profit organizational leadership and early intervention instruction. Currently, with Blount County Schools, Christina provides support services to the Project SEARCH Team.
