The Project SEARCH Application Information and Student Application are listed below.  Click on the arrow on the right side to Download these forms.  Print and return to Tammy Hearon by April 15, 2025 completed applications may be turned into William Blount High School, Heritage High School or Eagleton College & Career Academy main offices. Both forms must be completed.
