What is Charms?

Charms Office Assistant is an online platform that we use for a variety of purposes such as tracking school inventory, band fees & balances due, practice logs, volunteer sign ups, recording studio, band boosters, and more! If you need assistance logging in, please check with your student as this is the system we use for weekly practice logs.

If you get locked out of Charms, please email the band directors so we can reset your password back to your school ID number.

Accessing Your Account

1. www.charmsoffice.com
2. Click Login - select Parents/Students/ Members (DO NOT TRY TO LOGIN THROUGH THE TEACHER/HELPER ACOUNT)
3. School Code: KerrMSBand
4. Student Area Password - 5 digit student school ID# (unless you have already changed this to a personalized password)
5. You will be asked to reset your password - change this to your BISD EMAIL PASSWORD and share this with your parent.
