Some Tips:

• Page 3: The inequality in the { } tells the computer where to start and end the line. Since the inequality is

{#<x<#} it is starting and stopping in the x direction.

Practice the skill by typing the equation and inequality in line 5. Watch what happens as you type.

• Page 4: This page is also practicing x-value restrictions, but notice that the horizontal line's equation is y=#.
• Pages 5-6: The inequality on these pages is restricting the y-values. The vertical lines are x=#. Practice these.
• Pages 7-9: You may skip these for now and come back to them later, if you want shading in your house.
• Page 10: Start designing!!
