Transcript Requests

Blue Earth Area Transcripts

A student begins creating their transcript in Quarter 1 of grade 9. The course name and the grade earned will post, and the student’s Grade Point Average (GPA) will tabulate. Students can see their transcript in JMC or request a copy from the office. Colleges review a student’s transcript to assess their readiness for admission.

Submit a Transcript Request Form if you want BEA to send your transcript to a college.

After you graduate, submit the Final HS Transcript Request Form.

Students who earn college credits must request their transcript from the appropriate college. See the BEA college-level courses and transcript instructions or visit National Student Clearinghouse- https://www.studentclearinghouse.org/ to order college transcripts.
