Our Accreditations

Air Force Junior ROTC was awarded continuing accreditation with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Council on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS CASI) by the AdvancedED Accreditation Commission. Battle Ground High School is also accredited through AdvancED, a company that is dedicated to advancing excellence in education worldwide through accreditation, research, and professional services. AdvancED is the parent organization of SACS CASI and is a national panel that reviews and takes action on all accreditation recommendations. AFJROTC was first awarded accreditation by the Commission on International Trans-Regional Accreditation (CITA) Board of Directors in 2005, and the program has maintained continuous accreditation since then. The AFJROTC program has undergone and successfully completed rigorous self-studies and site evaluations conducted by the CITA and AdvancED teams of experienced educators.
