Dundas Development

Dundas acquired the land formerly owned by Scottish Power some time ago. Previous enquiries made by the committee suggested that development would not begin until 2013 at the earliest. As of November 2012, the development is now in full swing, with formal marketing activities of the development (which has been christened Barons Gate) having been started by Dundas on Saturday 10th November.

• The committee is actively engaged with North Lanarkshire Planning Department regarding concerns with the height of the land level in the new development.
