2. After conducting the library tutorial, conduct a journal search of your topic (2-3 sources)

3. Using MLA format write a one or two page paper elaborating on your findings

4. Final page of document should be the works cited page

PROJECT #2

Construct a bar chart to use in managing the construction of a one story "Ranch" home that is built on a slab. The project should have a minimum of 25 activities. Prior to generating the activities reveal aspects of the planning process. Include in the activities inspections that will need to be completed before the next activity is completed. Also, create a list of subcontractors that will be required to complete the project. Finally, show the durations for each activity.

Final Exam Essay Prompt

By signing the contract, identify a number of activities that would happen right away. Explain how critical path identifies activities that, if delayed, will delay the entire project. Finally, identify the following: start to start, task sequencing, concurrent and float.
