Fall Retreat

Fall Retreat is a one-day community-building event that occurs at King's Lake Camp in Wasilla each September. There are multiple events that include community building, an academic component, entertainment, games, campfire conversations, Buddy Olympics, and enjoying the lake and natural setting. It is encouraged that all students attend; if cost is a consideration, please see the SWS counselor or administrator to get a waiver. This event relies heavily on parent help, from kitchen duties, helping with canoes/paddleboats, and attending the campfire.We will put a Signup Genius on the website as the event gets closer so parents can sign up to volunteer. Parents are welcome to participate in any part of retreat. Retreat is attended by all SWS staff, including SWS administration and security. All East High rules apply to this event!
