Information for students registered for the PSAT on Saturday, October 17, 2026 at ARGS

Prior to test day:

·         To access Bluebook from an ARGS-Managed Chromebook:

o Sign out of Chromebook

o On the bottom left of screen, select “Bluebook” under Apps

·         To access Bluebook on an ARGS-Managed CPU:

o Login using your ARGS credentials, select “Bluebook” icon on desktop

·         To access Bluebook on a student-owned device:

o Download app: https://bluebook.collegeboard.org/students

On test day:

• Report to ARGS no later than 7:15 a.m. on Saturday, October 17, 2026. Students will enter ARGS through the courtyard (Door #1)

• We ask that students be picked up no later than 11:15 a.m. Parents will be asked to wait for their student in the parking lot.

• Students are required to leave all of their belongings in the cafeteria. When students are called to the first floor for testing, they can only bring their snacks and drinks for the scheduled breaks.

• Bring snacks and drinks for the scheduled breaks, a pen or pencil, an approved calculator, watch (not a smartwatch), hand sanitizer, and a back-up calculator with extra batteries.

• Food and drinks are not allowed in the testing rooms, and students cannot go to the vending machines during breaks.

• Prohibited items in the testing rooms include brimmed hats, hoods, food and drinks, unapproved calculators, scratch paper, cell phones, smartwatches, wearable technology, smart glasses, headphones, earbuds, ear plugs, noise canceling devices, notes, books, reference materials, cameras, recording devices, or separate timers.

• Please bring a jacket or sweater in case the testing room is chilly. We recommend dressing in layers. Blankets are not allowed.

• During the test, Bluebook will show a timer to indicate when a section is finished or when you can take a break. If you finish a section early, you must wait to move to the next section. You can review your answers and sit quietly if you finish before the timed section concludes.

• Accessing your cell phone during breaks or talking about the PSAT, test questions or answers during breaks is strictly prohibited. If you access your phone during a break, you will be dismissed, and your score will be canceled.

• After the test, sign out of Bluebook and sit quietly until you are dismissed.

AP Exam Registration

All students enrolled in an AP course will have the opportunity to take the corresponding AP exam. We will be giving the AP Exams listed below:

Wednesday, May 5, 2027 12pm - AP Physics 1: Algebra Based (Hybrid)

Thursday, May 6, 2027 12pm - AP Chemistry (Hybrid)

Monday, May 10, 2027 8am - AP Calculus AB/BC (Hybrid)

Wednesday, May 12, 2027 12pm - AP Computer Science A (Digital)

Thursday, May 13, 2027 8 am - AP Spanish Language and Culture (Digital)

Thursday, May 13, 2027 12pm - AP Environmental Science (Digital)

Friday, May 14, 2027 8am - AP Computer Science Principles (Digital)

The deadline to register for AP Exams is Friday, November 6, 2026.

Students wanting to register after this date will incur an additional $40 late fee.

Students: Please complete the google form found at https://forms.gle/5TzMpiUq1eFpcLXF6 to register.

Payment for the exam will be due upon registration. Students can pay in the following ways:

Online at https://osp.osmsinc.com/ARGS/

Pay in the School Counseling Office with a check or in cash (please make the check payable to ARGS and note student name and exam in the memo line).

The cost is $99 for each exam. No refunds can be granted after Friday, November 6, 2026.

Fee reductions are available to students who are eligible. Please speak with Ms. Jackson or Ms. Cook for more information.
