The Library Media Center is an exciting part of Weaver Lake STEM Elementary School. We serve students 4 Star (PreK) through Fifth grade. Students may come to the Library Media Center for lessons exposing them to literature, information resources, incorporating STEM topics and technology integration. Students may also come to the library independently.
Library Hours: 10:00 - 3:20
Circulation Information
Pre-K and Kindergarten students check out 2 book.
1st- 2nd grade students can check out 3 books for their personal reading pleasure.
Additional books for research can be checked out as well.
Books become overdue after 3 weeks and an automated email is generated and emailed to guardians.
Students can renew classroom reading book or books for research as many times as necessary.
Students can request specific books to be held in reserve when they become available.
Students are expected to be responsible digital citizens and follow the guidelines for acceptable use of the Internet.
Overdue Books:
Overdue notices are emailed home every week.
There are no fines assessed for overdue books. Please return or renew the items.
Fines for Lost or Damaged Books:
We request payment for lost or damaged books so that a replacement can be purchased.
If you have paid for a lost book and you find your lost book, you will get your moneywill receive a refund if it is within 3 months of payment.
