January 27, 2017 - Inspired by the Minnesota Science Museum, Kindergarten students built a Cardboard City in the Weaver Lake Media Center.
They brainstormed what elements would be found in a city and built cardboard "skyscrapers". All four Kindergarten classes have had an opportunity to come in small groups to build "skyscrapers" and now they are adding additional elements to cardboard city. This supports the Kindergarten wood and paper science unit.
