Daily Work/Research Grade - Employability (more than usual)
Peer Evaluation - team members grade your participation
Written Briefs - Briefing the court which direction you will take arguments (Group)
Oral Arguments - Presentations (Group)
Questioning/Answering - Presentations (Group) - Each Justice MUST ask 4 questions MINIMUM (2 per team. Each ? = 25 points)
Opinions - (Justices - Group)
Reflection - Individual. No rubric needed
