This site is created for Mr. Sammetinger's Moot Supreme Court simulation. Students completing this simulation will have engaged in deep and intense research into constitutional law, case law, and how the legal system works in the United States. Through collaboration and intense study, students will put together a hearing of their own which includes 20 minutes per side for delivering their oral arguments and to be questioned by the Justices. Students will fulfill positions such as Chief Justice, Associate Justice (8), Petitioners, and Respondents (lawyers).
