A CAS reflection is basically a summary of your activity and a chance to showcase your involvement and dedication to that activity. You will need to address at least one IB learning outcome in your CAS reflections, as these will be used as evidence to highlight what you are learning and how you are overcoming challenges that may arise.
The reflection's main focus needs to be on the learning outcome you have selected for that particular CAS Experience. You need to provide tangible evidence and examples that you have completed the outcome within the parameters outlined by the IB.
For a CAS Project, a reflection will need to cover at least two IB CAS Learning Outcomes.
All reflections needs to be verifiable and a true account of what you have actually achieved. During your CAS Interviews, your advisor will use the reflections as a starting point.
A quality reflection is:
