Day 2: Nutrition - Audrey
To run fast and play hard, you need nutrition. Here is your challenge today:
First, with your team that I will read out, you will decide on a team name and leader.
Then your team will play the game on project links.
Next, you and your team will all fill out this paper and then come to me to get your materials for a fun challenge. Elect two people of equal speed on your team to be runners, 2 people to be timers, 2 people to be cheerleaders, and 2 people to be scribes. This is how the experiment works. One of your runners will drink water while the other root beer. The runners will wait 15 minutes and then each run 3 laps around the small field while the timers time them, the cheerleaders cheer for them, and the scribes record the experience.
Day 1: Exercise - Audrey
For this challenge, you choose your favorite sport using a link on project links. Once you have chosen, team up with someone else who chose the same sport and then complete this sheet. Once both you AND your partner are done, come to me to get your materials. With your partner, you will make a S.O.L.E about the benefits of your sport. During close, we will present our S.O.L.E’s and then vote on the most excellent. The winner gets 15 extra minutes of free time!
Circle back up at 2:00 pm to share!
