Looking for donation ideas for the classroom?
Books: I am always looking for ways to add books to my classroom library. Much of this happens through gift cards and actual book donations.
Plants: I have been adding a variety of air-purifying plants to the classroom.
Cleaning supplies: Swiffer duster refills and magic erasers
Tissues
Paper towels
Used or new board games, card games, Legos, Kinects, etc. for indoor recess
Every book added to our classroom library makes a difference. You never know what series, author, or single book will hook a reader and ignite a love for reading. If you would like to donate a book to our classroom, please check out our wishlist for a wide range of options.
In 6th grade, students rotate classrooms for subjects. So, while you may be assigned to room 12 for your homeroom, you will actually have three 6th-grade teachers this year!
The subjects are taught by the following 6th-grade teachers:
Mathematics: Mrs. White in Room 11
Science and Social Studies: Mrs. Wilcox in Room 12
English Language Arts: Mrs. Lemieux in Room 13
