In an effort to shorten the amount of time you need to spend registering your children for school, we have set up a separate day during which free and reduced lunch applications will be reviewed and approved. Remember that applications must be made each year. They do NOT carry over from one school year to the next. Forms can be found on the registration website with the information on this procedure.

If you have students in both locations, you need only report to one location. Rest assured, information on who has qualified is shared but confidential between supervisors.
Please be aware that the Aplington-Parkersburg Community School District has the following policy concerning Fee Waivers:
Students whose families meet the income guidelines for free and reduced price lunch, the Family Investment Program (FIP), Supplemental Security Income (SSI), transportation assistance under open enrollment or who are in foster care are eligible to have their student fees (including Drivers Ed, but NOT class dues) waived. Parents or students who believe they may qualify for the waiver of school fees should contact Staci Brungard at 319-346-1571.
