You don't need to believe in past lives.
You just need to be curious.

We'll start with a chat about what's brought you to the session and anything you'd particularly like to explore.
I'll then guide you into a relaxed state before gently taking you through the regression
You remain aware and able to communicate with me throughout.
What you experience can be very different from person to person.
You might see images or scenes, experience emotions or physical sensations, hear things, or simply have a strong sense of knowing.
There isn't a right or wrong way to do it.

Some people experience what feels like a complete story, with people, places and events.
Others have flashes of images, feelings or sensations.
Some people don't experience pictures at all.
And sometimes what comes up can feel completely unexpected.
There's no test to pass and nothing you have to get “right”.
We're simply exploring what your mind brings forward, without needing to force or interpret the experience.

I'm quite happy working with people who are sceptical, curious or somewhere in between.
You might come away feeling that you've experienced a genuine past life.
You might see it as symbolic.
You might not know what to make of it.
That's okay.
I'm not here to tell you what your experience means.
We'll talk about it afterwards and you can decide what feels right for you.

There's no requirement to come away with a particular answer or interpretation.
Sometimes the interesting part is simply having the experience.
