Each store will have 1-3 onboarding form(s) to complete before Going Live:
New Stores(Not in Olo's system) or Transfer Stores
New Store Activation Form - For New Stores that are not in Olo's system.
Transfer Form - For stores already in Olo's system that are transferring over to a New Owner.
Store Activation Form - Requires billing & store details.
Olo Pay Merchant Form - Requires tax, identity, & ownership. (Only applicable for brands/stores that want to use Olo Pay as their e-commerce merchant account)
The New Store Activation form is for locations that are not present in Olo's system.
The New Store Activation form for each brand can be found via an Olo formstack link or in the Olo Dashboard, under the Onboarding tab.
The purpose of this form is to collect information on new store openings.
The Transfer form is for locations already in Olo's system and need to be transferred to the new owner.
The Transfer form for each brand can be found via an Olo formstack link.
The purpose of this form is to collect information on the new owner for the store.
The Store Activation form is a form located in the Olo Dashboard under the Onboarding tab.
This form requires the information of billing and store details.

The Olo Pay Merchant Form is a form located in the Olo Dashboard under the Onboarding tab.
This form requires the tax, identity, & ownership.
The purpose of this form is for brands/stores that want to use Olo Pay as their e-commerce merchant account.
Olo Pay Merchant Status:
There are two ways to confirm if the Olo Pay Merchant ID has been implemented by Olo
If the brand has an active Olo Pay Specialist, Olo will have a Brand Store Status Sheet. Inside the Brand Store Status Sheet, there is a tab labeled Merchant Accounts Tracker. You'll be able to view if Olo Pay Merchant ID's have been implemented or need additional information.
If the brand has moved over to Olo support, you may send an email to Olo help after the Olo Pay Merchant Form has been completed to check the status of the Merchant ID.

Franchisee Onboarding Tracker/Store Activation Form Status:
Not Started - This status means that the form has not yet been started by the store(s) Olo dashboard user.
In Progress - This status means the form has been opened but not completed & submitted by the store(s) Olo dashboard user.
Completed - This status means the form has been Completed by the store(s) Olo dashboard user.
Onboarding form status can be found under the Onboarding tab.
New Store Opening Form Status:
In Progress - This status means the form has been opened but not completed & submitted by the store(s) Olo dashboard user.
In Review - This status means the form is being reviewed by Olo's team.
Completed- This status means the form has been reviewed by Olo's team and added into Olo's system. (Confirm by searching for the store in Olo's system)
Regular Onboarding Timeline(For store's already in Olo's system):
Store Activation Form: 14 business days to process
Olo Pay Merchant Form: 2 to 3 business days to process
Go Live Launch: 4-7 business days to process
