A new user can be added in only 2 easy steps.
First, a Brand Admin will create the user in User Management, assign a role, assign store(s), and then send an email invitation to join Olo.
Next, the new user will accept the invitation to complete registration and can log into the system.
This user guide shows you how the registration process is completed from the perspective of a new user.
New users will receive an email inviting them to accept the invitation and create a password.

The email content will include instructions to click the invite link to Accept Invitation.
Once the new user clicks the Accept Invitation link in the email, they are directed to Set up a password.
The Olo Dashboard portal can be accessed at any time at: https://my.olo.com
On the dashboard login screen, Olo Dashboard users can click "Forgot Password."
An email with a link to reset the password will be issued to the user.
