What You Need:
Panko
Italian Seasoning
Salt
Flour
Eggs
Mozzarella (you can use string cheese but a block of mozzarella will be easier to customize your size of mozzarella stick.)
Vegetable Oil
First, you need to cut your mozzarella into whatever shape and size you want.
2. Next, dip your mozzarella into the flour, then the eggs, and then the panko mixture. Make sure that every part of the cheese is coated. Put a cooling rack on a baking sheet and place your coated sticks there.
3. After that, You need to place your coated sticks into a freezer for an hour. DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP!
4. All you have to do now is heat up your oil and fry your sticks. Be very careful when doing this part. Also Make sure to only fry two sticks at a time.
Serve with some marinara sauce and BAM! You just made some awesome, delicious, crispy, gooey, yummy mozzarella sticks.
