Registration will take place from 3/10/26-4/15/26 on the Parent Portal!
The regular registration period will run from March 10th through April 15th or until we reach our maximum number of students accepted. Late Registration will run from Thursday, April 16th through Wednesday, May 13th. There will be a $75 late fee and field trips will be closed during late registration.

If you do not have a parent portal account and are a resident, please e-mail the registrar at registrar@3villagecsd.k12.ny.us.
If you do not have a campus parent portal account, please fill out the Google Form linked on the Non-Resident Registration Page. The form will open on March 10th. Once the form is filled out, you will receive an e-mail to create an account. Accounts can only be made between March 10th and April 1st. Once an account is made, you will be able to register for camp until April 15th. Forms will be processed in the order they are received, starting March 10th. We cannot guarantee that any accounts can be created after the April 1st deadline. Anyone requesting an account after April 1st will incur a $75 late fee if we are able to accommodate this request.
All non-residents must provide proof of vaccination and a physical clearance form that must be completed by a doctor before camp begins. Once completed, please drop these off in person, email, fax or mail these to our Athletics Office at:

If your household is eligible for free or reduced price lunch, you will be eligible for a discounted rate for the Summer Recreation Full Day and Half Day Camps as well as before and after care for these camps. (Please note that the discount does not apply to Travel Camp, field trips, or any other summer programs.)
To get the discounted rate, you will need to sign a consent to release of eligibility information. To initiate the process, please contact the Child Nutrition Department at 631-730-4505.
No, we only offer registration for the full six weeks of our camp program. You can however register for the full program and send your child as little or as much as you choose.

Yes, you can request a refund for the camp tuition up until July 1st. Please note that there is a non-refundable 5% fee assessed for cancelations based on the total cost. No refunds will be issued for camp tuition after July 1st.
The campus parent portal keeps a record of everything you register and pay for. Please see the following instructions for printing/viewing your Camp Receipt:
1. Sign in to the Parent Portal
2. Click on the Fees Tab
3. Click on My Accounts (on right)
4. Click on Payment History
5. Adjust the Search Range as needed. (It defaults to Last 7 Days. You can also select 14 days, 30 days, 60 days or All)
6. Select the Payment/Transaction
7. Click the Receipt Button at the bottom
8. The Tax ID# is included on the receipts
No, if you are a resident and your campus portal account is up to date, we do not require a physical or proof of vaccinations as we already have that information on file.
