Registration is initially open to 600 campers for each program on a first come, first come basis. Once this maximum is reached, families can request to be added to our wait list.
No, we only offer registration for the full six weeks of our camp program.
Yes, all trips are open to our Half Day campers. Please note that all trips return to our Full Day site at Minnesauke and some extend past the typical Half Day hours.
No, field trips are not included in the camp tuition and must be purchased separately on the parent portal.
Once you register and pay for camp tuition, you must log out of the parent portal and log back in. You should see options to add AM and/or PM care (f as well as each field trip however this could take a while to appear. If you do not see these options within a few hours, please contact our office.
Yes, field trips can be added on a first come, first served basis and close once we reach the maximum of 300 campers. Once the trip is maxed out, it can no longer be purchased on the parent portal.
No, we do not have a wait list for our field trips.
No, field trips are not refundable.
Campers who do not attend our field trips stay on site and are able to enjoy a typical day at camp.

Yes, you can request a refund for the camp tuition up until July 1st. Please note that there is a non-refundable 5% fee assessed for cancellations based on the total cost. No refunds will be issued for camp tuition after July 1st.
Yes, if you have any special group requests, these can be made during the registration process on the campus parent portal.
Our camps are each staffed with a supervisor and assistant supervisor who work in education. Additionally, we have a wide array of employees ranging from high school students to certified teachers.
Throughout the summer, our camps will communicate information through a 2 way app. Half Day uses an app called "SportsYou" and Full Day uses "Remind". Information to join these groups will come at a later date.
No, if your child is not attending camp, it is not necessary to call in an absence.
No, unlike school, camp does not keep attendance records.
The campus parent portal keeps a record of everything you register and pay for. Please see the following instructions for printing/viewing your Camp Receipt:
1. Sign in to the Parent Portal
2. Click on the Fees Tab
3. Click on My Accounts (on right)
4. Click on Payment History
5. Adjust the Search Range as needed. (It defaults to Last 7 Days. You can also select 14 days, 30 days, 60 days or All)
6. Select the Payment/Transaction
7. Click the Receipt Button at the bottom
8. The Tax ID# is included on the receipts
No, if you are a resident and your campus portal account is up to date, we do not require a physical or proof of vaccinations as we already have that information on file.
