Middle School Capstone Project
Students will prepare and present a project that addresses a civic issue problem.
Identify a civic issue (problem) facing them, their school, or their community.
Analyze a civic issue (problem), evaluate alternative solutions, design and/or execute a solution for this problem.
Take informed action to address the civic issue.
Reflect on what they have learned about their school or community from the Capstone project.
Make a presentation about their Civic Readiness Capstone project.

High School Civic Project (1) - Focus on World History
Students will research historical events with civic connections.
Identification & Definition of Global Issue Under Investigation
Analyze & Evaluate Sources both historic & current
Justify Strategies or course of action to solve issue.
Reflect on issue on how it impacted their civic knowledge, skills, midsets, and if appropriate, actions.
