With nearly 20 years in higher ed curriculum development and learning experience design, I bring my evidence-based approaches to corporate learning and development. After collaborating with subject matter experts, I design, develop, and measure programs that incorporate adult learning theory and methodologies to create learning experiences that dynamically meet participants where they are and elevate their skills, knowledge, and attitudes to new heights as we achieve organizational goals. This has always been a favorite part of my work and it's an area in which I excel.
My bachelor's degree is in German and International Studies from Denison University. I earned my Master of Arts in media management at Kent State University, and my Master of Education in adult learning and development at Cleveland State University. I also completed the IDOL Academy for professional development in corporate instructional design and online learning.
I live in Akron, Ohio with my husband of 22 years, our two boys, two dogs, and a cat.
My family and the home we created are what inspire me most.
My husband Nick and our two boys Michael and Milo are the best parts of my world.
