PRODUCT LIMITED WARRANTY

SEG Sales and Service (company) warrants to the original purchaser that the product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for 30 Days when used for the purpose intended, under the condition it has been installed and operated in accordance with the instructions provided. 

Company's entire obligation is to repair or replace the hardware if it is a manufacturer's defect and not caused by use from customer or damaged from shipping carrier. If damage is caused by the shipping carrier when exchanging product, it is shipper's/customer's responsibility and not company's. Shipping and handling charges will apply when exchanging a product. Company may, at its option, use new or refurbished or used parts in good working condition to repair or replace any hardware product. Any replacement hardware product will be warranted for 30 days.

This warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misapplication, or any unauthorized repair, modification or disassembly, improper operation or maintenance.

COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INJURY, DEATH, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR COMMERCIAL LOSS FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON YOUR PRODUCT EVEN IF COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
