"I can't say enough good things about Chris and 1BAY. We had an empty rooftop deck and wanted to transform it into a space we'd love and use all the time, so we hired Chris. We told him we wanted a colorful, Spanish oasis. He brainstormed with us about plants, patterns, décor, designs, and then shared with us a design and proposal. The coolest part was that he included a wind analysis since I'd mentioned the cold, and we decided to build a plant wall as a windbreak! He also suggested a sun shade sail for the heat which is one of my favorite additions to the space. 

Chris sourced all materials and installed everything himself. He built the frame for the plant wall, selected all the plants, soil, pots, stones, etc. He was professional, flexible when we wanted to make changes, and always communicated with us where things stood from a budget perspective. We could not be happier with the results. Nearly 2 years later our plants are still thriving. I can confidently highly recommend 1Bay for creative landscaping needs of all shapes and scales."

Chris took special care to listen to and note our thoughts and preferences on our initial consult and he delivered at our next meeting a thorough proposal. It was very well researched delivering a beautiful and cohesive vision from the pottery and plant boxes to detailing out specific plant species that would survive and thrive in the specific environmental conditions of our space. 

Chris' work was excellent. He set up the garden for success long term as well as the plants are all growing rapidly and beautifully. He also continues to be engaged after installation ensuring the plants are healthy and giving us good gardening guidance.
