WAYS TO ADVERTISE  WITH  WYAEA 

IN THE WORKS

We are in the process of developing our advertising policies and rates. We anticipate having advertising opportunities on this website, our social media sites and in our forthcoming e-newsletters. Currently we do offer advertising at our conference.

We do have the rates and forms available for our Annual Spring Conference, located below.

ADVERTISE  AT OUR CONFERENCE ABOUT OUR CONFERENCE

The WYAEA Spring Conference is always held in Cheyenne, WY the Saturday and half Sunday following the Wyoming Governor's Art Awards Event, hosted by the Wyoming Arts Council. Generally this means we host our conference at the end of February or beginning of March. We are usually able to finalize our dates by midsummer.

We strive to provide professional development opportunities for art educators at all levels of instruction.

EXHIBITORS & VENDORS - HERE IN PERSON

Exhibitors and Vendors are welcome to have a table in our exhibition hall for free, because we understand the nature of the weather in our state and feel the trip up to be at our conference in person is enough of a cost.

2 exhibitor/vendor registrations are included with the table, additional exhibitor/vendor registrations are $15 each. Lunch is provided for all exhibitor/vendor registrations.

Additionally we provide a free small business card sized ad in the conference program for each exhibitor or vendor who provides their digital ad by the printing deadline, generally the end of January.

Larger ads may be purchased, a quarter page for $25, and a half page for $50.

CONFERENCE SPONSORS - HERE IN SPIRIT

We understand Wyoming is a small state and can be quite a long trip for some folks. If you are interested in letting the art educators in Wyoming know who you are and what you have to offer them, we welcome conference sponsors.

Conference sponsorship is free, all we ask is something to include in the registration materials or giveaways for folks attending the conference.

With sponsorship we provide a free small business card sized ad in the conference program for each exhibitor or vendor who provides their digital ad by the printing deadline, generally the end of January.

AWARD SPONSORSHIPS

Awarding quality art educators and programs is one of our core values. We take time at our conference to recognize and present the outstanding art educators with an award.

Sponsorship pays for the award winner's conference registration, the award, and helps offset the cost of the entailing paperwork.

Award Sponsors have their name on the award itself, are listed in the program, are mentioned and thanked as the award is presented and listed on the website.

Sponsorship is $150 for division level awards, including:
