CU 2360 - Royal Farms at the corner of Angola Rd and Rt 24

Royal Farms is proposed at Angola Rd and Rt 24 intersection as a Conditional Use, where a 7-eleven was twice proposed and denied. 

The public hearings were to be held on 4/24/2024 and 6/4/2024, but they were postponed as of 3/28/2024 because DelDOT's TIS Review Letter is still not ready.

Master Planned Zoning (MPZ) Ordinance

Public Comments are closed as of 10/31 Tues. 4:30 PM.

The County will work on Design Criteria Review and MPZ at the same time. The changes made to the Design Criteria will be reflected on MPZ.
