Noise and Neighbourhood
Just like our vacation rental, our neighbourhood is important to us. Most of the residents live here full-time, though there may be some other short-term guests staying occasionally.
Please be sure to respect the community and try to keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after dark. Respecting the people and property around you will make your vacation more enjoyable.
Please try to avoid making any loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am to allow neighbours a peaceful night’s sleep.
If any neighbouring residents report excessive noise or unruly behaviour, we may have to evict you from our property and terminate the vacation rental agreement.
In case of any disputes or neighbour complaints, it’s your duty to notify us as soon as reasonably possible.
