Mapping

OCHRE uses tools available from Esri to integrate mapping/GIS functionality, allowing users to have a unified strategy for managing spatial data within the OCHRE environment. The Geospatially Enabled OCHRE (GEO) feature is available on the Windows platform and requires each user to initialize the required tools.
Your Turn
Open the Users category and click on the GUEST account. You'll see the button labelled Initialize GEO. Click this, then wait for the confirmation message indicating that the initialization was successful. [This process downloads some run-time libraries to your local system; you can remove them later using the Clear button at the bottom of this same screen.]
