The New Ham Net is conducted utilizing the Western Colorado Amateur Radio Club owned repeater on 146.94 MHz with a tone of 107.2. It’s a directed discussion net which operates every Tuesday beginning at 7:30 PM. This net is conducted to promote the ongoing education of amateur radio operators in the Grand Valley. All licensed ham radio operators are welcome to check in and contribute, but it is geared specifically to allow recently licensed operators to ask questions and get practice on the air.
