About Nick

I've been in real estate sales since 2014 as well as owned a real estate photography business since 2015. Using the knowledge and skill from being a Realtor and a photographer, I've combined the two practices and created a business designed to embody affordability and professionalism. My first 4 years as a full service broker has led to an understanding of what sells a house and how to put those concepts into effect. Those 4 years also led to an understanding that the environment of real estate sales is far from perfect. Although no one business can rectify an entire industry, it can help those that want to be helped.

I love most things active, such as moving, reading, talking, and thinking. More specifically, Ultimate Frisbee, foraging for wild foods, surfing, and video games. My wife, Courtney, is perfect companion to do all of these things and more, she also plays a large role in supporting both businesses as well as working for the city, participating in industries that she loves. We currently live in Garner, NC and I'm a proud transplant from Clinton, NC. Although 10 years in the Triangle has already neutralized my southern accent, I still carry the love for wide open fields, small town charm, and most everything southern. You'll find me in other people's houses during the week, barefoot at Lake Benson park when it's warm, surfing at Topsail Island in the summers, and most likely retreating indoors in the winter.
